Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff 2 lbs stew meat 1 c chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of onion soup 6 oz sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 tsp pepper 8 oz cream cheese cubed 8 oz sour cream 6 c hot cooked noodles or rice In crock pot, mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms and pepper. Cover & cook on low for 8~10 hours or until beef is very tender. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Serve over noodles.
