No bake chewy granola bars--Went together very quickly. I also added about 1/2 c shredded coconut. I did not let the mix sit 5-8 min after adding wet to dry. I didn't see the reason. I make a half batch in a 9 x 13 pan. I loved the strong honey flavor. My guests loved them. Dried fruit would be a great addition. They are quite sticky, so beware!
