This layered mediterranean dip is so easy and great for entertaining. Made this for a potluck and it was gone by the end! I made the hummus, but in the interests of time I bought a basil pesto instead of making the cilantro pesto recipe in the link. I couldn't find oven-dried tomatoes but the sun-dried tomatoes were great with it. Served with pita chips & pita bread. Verrrrrry tasty!
Greek Dip5 Layer Greek Dip 1. Finely chop olive, bell pepper, cucumber, and dill. 2. Spread hummus about 1-2 inches thick in the bottom of a wide serving dish. 3. Sprinkle the vegetables evenly over the hummus. 4. Crumble feta cheese on top. 5. Sprinkle bits of dill and serve with warm pita slices. Maybe add some artichokes.

Plus, you can either scoop it up with whole-wheat pita chips or even vegetables. It’s a great variation of the classic Mexican 7-layer Dip minus the sour cream and cheddar cheese. Sounds delicious! Maybe try without cream cheese since it has feta too.
