Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo 8 ounces fettuccine or your favourite pasta 1 tablespoon butter 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth 1 cup heavy/whipping cream 1 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated 1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning or to taste 1/4 cup green onion, sliced (optional)
Buffalo Chicken Bread :) 2 boneless chicken breasts 1 tsp. olive oil 1 pizza dough (I used store bought and let it sit out for about 20 minutes) 8 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese (I used part skim) 3 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of Franks Wing Sauce 1/3 cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing----
Crockpot Italian Chicken 4 Chicken Breasts (thawed) 1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Seasoning 1 8oz package of Cream Cheese 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1/4 - 1/2 can of Milk Instructions ( Edit ) Mix altogether in crockpot; cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick add a little milk. Serve over pasta or rice.
