#Appetizer idea! Beef Enchilada Dip Recipe | Add A Pinch / This was pretty good. I halved the recipe so the four of us could enjoy it during the wild card games. It made way more than 4 servings. I don't know that I will make it again, but I did like it for the most part. It did taste a little bland, and maybe I should have purchased spicier enchilada sauce. - Stephanie
The most Ah-Mazing Roasted Potatoes! These are so stinkin easy to make! Cook a pierced potato in the microwave for 6-7 mins. (flip every couple mins.) til soft all the way thru. Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin). Season with butter, parmesan Lawrys. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and BROIL for 10-15 mins. Enjoy!!!
Never Boil Corn on the Cob Throw it in the oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Leave the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it’s cooked. Cut off the large end and it slides right out with no silk.
