Coconut Pie...4  eggs  1/4 c  margarine, softened  1 c  white sugar  1/2 c  flour  1/4 tsp  salt  1/2 tsp  baking powder  2 c  evaporated milk  1 c  flaked coconut  1 tsp  vanilla   Place all ingredients in a blender, one at a time.  Blend until well mixed  Pour into a greased 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. When done, crust will be on the bottom, custard in the middle, and coconut on top.
