This could be our sunroom (sloped blue beadboard ceiling, woven chairs, etc)

Okay, so the first thing I would do is get rid of that horrific floral pattern on the wicker furniture, and replace it with some bright fun pattern. But other than that small issue, this porch set-up is fantastic! I love the hanging ferns, the ceiling fan and the gas lattern/light.

Outdoor living...many Tuscan elements to this space, the fireplace, chandelier and open beam ceiling

fabulous outside fireplace/lounge area. My idea is to have this next to an outdoor kitchen area. On the other side of the chimney is the living room on the 1st fl, & master bedroom directly above it, so that all can share the chimney. Yah for cozy warmth!

Comfy chairs on the porch, overlooking one of our pools, inviting our guests to come relax and enjoy the view of the grounds.
