Quick Shrimp Chowder Recipe - made this twice. So good. I added some chopped red potatoes with the onions to give it a fresher taste. Next time I am going to try adding some frozen corn to give it a even better chowder taste. Creamy Shrimp Enchiladas - The Girl Who Ate Everything. ****Made these last night 7/23/13. Sooo Soo good! I cut the salt by half. Next time will probably cut it completely and I will use corn tortillas rather than flour. It was a big hit!! Filling could also be used on pasta, or just with some chips!
Easy Chicken Corn Chowder. I substituted 1/2 tsp. of onion salt for the onion and left out the celery and jalapeno pepper. I poached the chicken first for a quick cook. It was delicious and had a nice "kick" to it from the red pepper. Will definitely be making this again soon!
