Used this recipe as a base...substituted spinach for broccoli and added green onions. I used link sausage and chopped them up, I put one sausage in each muffin cup and then added spinach and green onions. Next time I'm going to do a strip of bacon around the muffin cup before I fill it. This should help with sticking.
