Low-Carb Crustless Quiche  This was SOOO good! I added extra chopped broccoli. Also missed the "cooked" part for the broccoli and it worked out fine. One less step - I'm all about that! 6 servings at 3 WW points plus each. Can't beat that!

BEST NO CARB PIZZA EVER! This was awesome!! Hubby liked it and my 1 year old enjoyed this so much! I will definitely be making this again. Next time I will be loading mine with lots of veggie toppings. Yum!!!

no carb doritos - 1 large zucchini, shredded, 2 eggs, 2 cups cheese - mix - bake 12 min at 450 degrees - flip - bake 5 min - cool in oven for 6-8 hrs (or 16 oz cauliflower, 3 c cheese, 3 eggs)
