Lemon Berry Crumble Bars, from Willow Bird Baking - very easy and yummy, although not very lemony, so adjust accordingly if you want a stronger lemon flavor. Also, as recipe mentions, the bars will hold up better if they are kept in the refrigerator. They got a little soggy in a Tupperware container at room temp, so I moved them into the fridge.
