Some workouts that should take you about 3 or 4 minutes, so put on a song with a good beat and burn some calories while enjoying some music!

Plyometrics cardio: perfect hotel room workout - just pack the jump rope and a stopwatch! Repeat circuit for 20 min, take 5 min break and follow with 20 min of full-body moves (think push-ups, tricep dips, mountain climbers, reverse lunges, leg raises, prisoner full squats, planks/side planks with rotation, different crunch variations, prisoner single-leg deadlifts etc)

Accomplished in one try!!! 5.5 miles of running, 550 jumping jacks equals: about 115 calories per mile time 5.5= 632.5 + 1 calorie per jumping jacks= 550 jumping jacks, adds up to about 1,190 calories burned in one work out!!! Try to keep up....

Repeat this cycle 2x right when you wake up in the morning :) 50 jumping jacks 5 pushups 20 sit ups 20 mountain climbers 30 second plank 7 burbees

Nice. Add a few extra stretches in warm up and cool down and 30 jumping jacks in between each "workout" set. Makes a nice 30 min. leg/glute workout.

Out of Bed Workout: Repeat this cycle 2x right when you wake up in the morning: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 sit ups, 20 mountain climbers, 30 second plank, 7 burpees. Works your whole body before your brain knows what it's doing...

One of my tricks: Put on your workout clothes and tennis shoes, even if you're staying home! You'll be more likely to do a few jumping jacks if you do!

i aspire to such abs... i fear i would have to give up food though and that = mean Whitney...

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. So worth it. I'm up for anything that's seems like a quick workout!
