      The shrinker! Boil about 2 cups water and steep 4 tea bags of Oolong Tea and let cool. Get your blender & add: 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper, 1/2-1 tsp Cinnamon, 1-2 tsp. Vanilla, Pinch of Himalayan Salt. Sweeten to taste. Add the Oolong tea and blend. Put into a two quart jar, fill with ice, add more water to fill up the jar, shake well and enjoy!

      The Shrinker from Trim Healthy Mama - thoughts: I didn't have any cayenne pepper so I omitted that. I think I will increase the Cinnamon from 1 tsp to 2 since I like that. I used 1 donk of stevia and a large pinch of salt. I actually liked this drink. I didn't notice the cooling sensation from the stevia at all. I may increase the tea bag count to get a stronger tea flavor.

      Boil about 2 cups water and steep 4 tea bags of Oolong Tea, let cool In blender add...Higher quality cinnamon works best. Wal-mart brand not good quality, you get the slimy sludge. Costco cinnamon not true cinnamon but doesn't get slimy. I now use real cinnamon.

The first time I added 1tsp but now add 2) Pinch of Sea Salt Sweeten to taste (I use Stevia) Add the Oolong tea and blend Put into a two quart jar, fill with ice, add more water to fill up the jar, shake well and enjoy! It is very tasty and I have made it almost daily this week.

    Brownie Cake and I | Trim Healthy Mama

    Bulletproof Hot Chocolate !!! Ingredients: 12 oz unsweetened Almond Milk 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 1 1/2-2 Tbsp Truvia or desired sweetener to taste pinch of sea salt 2 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Heat all ingredients in a pot or microwave.     THM Caramel Sauce - ¼ cup xylitol, ¼ cup butter, ¼ tsp. molasses, ¼ tsp. vanilla extract, ¼ cup heavy cream, a dash of sea salt. Melt butter, xylitol and molasses together on medium to low heat. Stir constantly to avoid burning the sauce. Add vanilla, cream and salt and stir until well incorporated. Pour into jar and allow to cool before serving.

    Magical Coffee, Trim Healthy Mama Style | INGREDIENTS * 2/3 c coarsely ground coffee * 3 c water * 1 tsp cinnamon * 3 tsp Truvia DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients in quart-sized jar or French press and stir. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 12 – 24 hours. Press and strain through coffee filter, sieve, strainer, or cheesecloth. Enjoy over ice with as much cream, half & half, or coconut milk as you can handle (S) or unsweetened almond milk (S or E). So delicious

    Shrinker: Steep 4 Oolong tea bags in a mug; put in blender w/ 1/2 c 30 calorie almond milk, pinch salt, 2 tsp vanilla, stevia to taste, 2 tsp cinnamon & cayenne pepper to taste. Put in 2 qt jar & add to fill. Enjoy!
