    Training6Hearts4Him: The Shrinker from Trim Healthy Mama | Boil 2 cups water, steep 4 tea bags of Oolong Tea & let cool. In blender add: 1/2 C almond milk or water, Cayenne Pepper 1/8 t, 1/2-1 t. Cinnamon, 1-2 t. Vanilla (The first time I added 1 t but now add 2), Pinch of Himalayan Salt, Sweeten to taste (I use Stevia), Add the Oolong tea and blend. Put into a 2qt jar (or divide into two 1 qt), fill with ice, add more water to fill up the jar, shake well and enjoy!
