THM FP Like Wendy's frosty: 1 scoop vanilla protein 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 Tbsp cocoa powder 1.5 cups of crushed ice stevia to taste Dash of banana extract Can use caramel extract instead, or add peanut butter for an S Can also have a piece of fruit for an E or cheese/nuts for an S.

THM ICED COFFEE (S or FP options)! 2-3tsp decaf instant coffee, splash of vanilla, 1tsp unsweet cocoa pwder, pinch of salt, stevia, 1tsp vanilla whey protein pwd, 1/2-1C almond milk, 1-2T heavy cream, 5 drops choc-hazelnut Loranns flavor oil. Mix all and pour over ice in 1QT jar filled w/ice, top w/FF Redi Whip

THM-Shrinker "power up" with Cocoa Powder! I love it! Follow the standard THM "Shrinker" recipe. Steep 3 oolong tea bags in a mug of hot water. In the blender put 1tbsp cocoa powder , 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, Sweetener, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp of MACA powder, 1/8 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, stevia to taste and a pinch of salt. Add the tea and blend. Pour into a quart jar filled with ice. Sip, enjoy!!!

Loose 3 to 4 pounds, in one to two days, by drinking this!! And you eat like normal, it's not a fast!

Magical Coffee, Trim Healthy Mama Style--Sound good, but I'm still nervous about using so much stevia.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake THM S 4 T Butter 1/2 c Truvia 3 eggs 1 1/2 c shredded zucchini 2 tsp vanilla 1/3 c coconut flour 1/3 c almond flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbs cocoa pwd 1/4 c sugar free choco chip heat oven 375 Blend in blender Pour into a 9x9 pan. Bake30-35 mins til middle is just set. Cool to frost. Frosting 1/2 C heavy cream 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder 4 tbs truvia sweetener powdered 1 tsp vanilla Mix in blender til thickened.. Store in fridge.
