    Berry Citrus Oolong Sipper -- 3/4 c frozen mixed berries unsweetened oolong tea 2 tsp bragg’s apple cider vinegar 2 drops YL citrus fresh essential oil 4 drops YL lemon essential oil KAL stevia extract, to taste pinch of salt

    The recipe for The Shrinker is as follows: 1. Steep 4 bags of oolong tea until cooled 2. Place tea in blender. 3. Add stevia to taste, vanilla, 1/2 Cup almond milk, 1 TSP cinnamon and some sea or Celtic salt. 4. Blend it up, distribute in half into two quart sized jars. 5. Pour into glass and serve over ice.

Ingredients: 12 oz unsweetened Almond Milk 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 1 1/2-2 Tbsp Truvia or desired sweetener to taste pinch of sea salt 2 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Heat all ingredients in a pot or microwave.     THM-Shrinker "Powed up" with Cocoa Powder! It's the way that I love it! Follow the standard THM "Shrinker" recipe. I add the cocoa powder into the hot water, while the Oolong tea is steeping, along with the cinnamon, cayenne, pinch of sea salt, Truvia. Pour it all over ice and add a few drops of vanilla and more water. Sip and enjoy!
