Every day I fill a big jar with some delicious life-giving concoction, and it helps me get through the day with energy and a smile on my face. Some of the recipes are listed in the Trim Healthy Mama book, and some have come afterwards, via the Trim Healthy Mama Facebook group.

Rebecca's Hearth and Home: Trim Healthy Mama - 'Sip The Shrinker' Laura's Way

Shrinker: Steep 4 Oolong tea bags in a mug; put in blender w/ 1/2 c 30 calorie almond milk, pinch salt, 2 tsp vanilla, stevia to taste, 2 tsp cinnamon & cayenne pepper to taste. Put in 2 qt jar & add to fill. Enjoy!

~ FP ~ 4 Celestial Seasonings herbal tea bags steep 10 mins in 4c boiling water add 1- 2 Tb raw apple cider vinegar & THM sweetner to taste ( or blend in berries) ~ Serve chilled over ice.

THM-Shrinker "Powed up" with Cocoa Powder! It's the way that I love it! Follow the standard THM "Shrinker" recipe. I add the cocoa powder into the hot water, while the Oolong tea is steeping, along with the cinnamon, cayenne, pinch of sea salt, Truvia. Pour it all over ice and add a few drops of vanilla and more water. Sip and enjoy!
