Paper Plate Spider Webs are a fun fine motor craft this time of year! Here are four different designs that we found on the web (no pun intended). For more hand strengthening go over yarn with glitter glue (not pictured) #pediOT #occupationaltherapy #finemotor. #Padgram

"Blindfold the Cook"--Give one child a large spoon, a bowl of marshmallows and a blindfold. Set a kitchen timer for 1 minute, in which the child has to try and scoop as many marshmallows as possible into another bowl. When the timer dings, tally up the marshmallows and let the next guest take a turn. Once the champion scooper is crowned, everyone gets to eat the marshmallows! :)

Handprint Ornaments = Salt Dough (1 cup salt/2 cups flour/cold water to consistency) + baby hands (or feet) + Martha Stewart Gold Acrylic Craft Paint + Ribbon. I recommend chilling the dough in the fridge before doing the handprint. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees or until hard. I also recommend applying the paint with your finger as it seems like the brush disrupts the dough’s surface.
