    Corn Crisps. Note: 3/23/12 made these today and they are yummy! Recipe doesn't make a lot, so when using as a dinner side dish for my family, double recipe. Use less frying oil and only fry for about 1.5 minutes per side. I'm using the make-ahead method - fry now, bake later! ~D

EZ crock pot Meatballs {• Frozen Meatballs • One 14 oz. Can of Jellied Cranberry Sauce {or less, to taste} • 1 Bottle of Chili Sauce Instructions:  Combine the cranberry jelly and chili sauce in a bowl, then stir.  Add frozen meatballs to crock pot, and cover with sauce mixture.  Heat on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Let simmer on low.

Zucchini Cakes - I modified the recipe a bit and used Panko instead of bread crumbs and I baked my "cakes" instead of fried them. Adam loves them and so does dad (who normally won't eat zucchini)!
