This would be my dream, to have my own studio with lots of wall space, floor and table space and plenty of light. This incredible art studio belongs to artist Catherine Eaton Skinner. Tom Kundig of Olson Kundig Architects transformed an old wholesale shoe parts warehouse in the Pine/Pike corridor of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood into a multiple-use studio space. Seattle, oh, that's where the first Starbucks opened, in Seattle, Washington, on March 30, 1971!

♥ It'd be great to find a collection of pieces from local shops, vintage or thrift stores to furnish my studio. Paperish Mess ( can also work to build custom work benches for your own studio if you are interested. If you're in Chicago looking for art supplies, definitely check out Artist & Craftsman Supply or Genesis Art Supply!

When I have my own house I want a studio but its not going to be limited to painting or ceramics. I also want paracording, sewing/cosplay, MUSIC, an ALL arts studio!

If I were to have a work room, I would love for the cieling to be made of windows. Sun light is the best light.

love this work space! Sirima Sataman of ink.paper.plate Press moved into this studio in San Francisco’s Dogpatch District one year ago.

attic art studio! I really would love to do this with my own attic. It'd clear up a lot of my art clutter around the house. ;)

LaBelleMariposa - love the light and huge easel. Details like the star on the floor make this space even more special. Katie Stratton's amazing studio space
