FINALLY an oatmeal cookie that doesn't turn out flat! This recipe is a keeper! To make the oatmeal raisin variation, omit choco chips, add 1 1/2-2 cups raisins & 3/4-1 tsp. cinnamon. Perfect oatmeal cookies!
Flourless Healthy Cookies I recommend cooking these at 325* for a longer amount of time. Don't make them too thick or the middle will stay gooey. I added cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey to the batter. Second time I made them I added chocolate chips. It is a tasty and guiltless snack. Definitely more like banana bread then cookies.
Best Ever Peanut Butter Cookies I was thrilled when I found this recipe and was completely satisfied after trying it. I've been disappointed with most peanut butter cookie recipes I've tried in the past-always resulting in a thin, crispy cookie. I love a thick, softer cookie. The addition of both peanut butter chips and chocolate chips makes these even better! You won't be disappointed.
