Cinnamon rolls + waffle iron -- 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls. Heat waffle maker & spray w/ non-stick spray. Separate your rolls & place 1 in all 4 slots of your Belgian waffle maker, close lid & press down slightly & set timer for 2½-3 mins. Remove from waffle iron, pile on warmed plate, drizzle w/ the icing pack that comes with the pkg. of rolls. Repeat. This is quick, EZ and tasty!!

Only two ingredients. That's right, just cake mix (spice, carrot, yellow etc.) and canned pumpkin (15 oz.). NO oil, NO eggs, NO water, NOTHING else. Mix and Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The end result is very low point WW incredibly moist muffin/cupcake treat.
