Kung Pao Chicken --- toss 1lb b-s chicken 1” cubes w 1 tbls cornstarch. Heat 2 tsp sesame oil, Wok, med heat, add chicken stirfry 5-7 min. Remove chicken. Stir fry 3 tbls green onions chopped, 3 garlic cloves minced, ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, ½ tsp powdered ginger for 15 sec. added combined: 2 tbls rice wine vinegar, 2 tbls soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar. Re-add chicken, stir in 1/3 c dry roasted peanuts. Heat. (add veg?)
