Homemade Marshmallows - might need to whip up some of the peppermint variety to go into co-worker, daycare teacher, etc. Christmas gifts (with cocoa mix &/or coffee shop gift cards?)

Resurrection rolls with marshmallow rolled in butter and cin/sugar butter = oil, cin/sugar=spices for burial. Bake in cresent roll and then bake as directed. Tomb is empty when done. We did these with our grand kids last year, it was a delicious treat and a great teaching tool.

Cresent pepperoni roll-ups. so simple and delicious. next time i'm just going to put shredded mozzarella instead of string cheese!
