Taco Cupcakes. (RATED: 8/10) **I enjoyed making and eating these little appetizers. They were fairly easy, and didn't require much time to make. Although the wonton wrappers were not very flavorful, the overall taste was much like a taco/burrito. So, I wouldn't make them as an appetizer before Mexican food, but they would make a great party snack**
---MEXICAN CHICKEN--- 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10oz) can tomatoes 1 whole chicken, cooked, boned, and chopped or 4 cups leftover cooked chicken 11.5 oz package corn tortillas 2 cup shredded cheddar --- Preheat 350. In large bowl, stir together all soups & tomatoes. Add chicken. In a greased 13 x 9 pan, layer tortillas and the chicken mixture, beginning and ending with tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 min.
