    No Bake Energy Balls 1 cup quick cooking oats ½ cup creamy peanut butter ⅓ cup honey 1 cup coconut flakes ½ cup ground flaxseed 1 tsp vanilla ½ cup mini chocolate chips ¼ cup butterscotch chips In a medium sized bowl mix together all of the ingredients until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

I've made these for years so going to go ahead and put the recipe here. I use stove top stuffing and flatten mine a little to make them crispier. We've never served with dipping sauce either. Fantastic and the kids liked them when they were little. One of those, get the kids to eat veggies recipes// Spinach spinach spinach spinach!! :)
