    Have seen this called "An Irish Charmer" and have seen it referred to as an English tea house. Well, whatever, I think it's the quaintest place ever. I can imagine living there in a pleasant village and walking to equally quaint shops or riding a bicycle with a basket on front!!! That is, of course, my romantic heart talking....slj
