Oven Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries: thinly slice 3 russet potatoes. Coat sliced potatoes in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix with 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan, garlic salt, and fresh ground pepper. Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes. FANTASTIC! 10/25/12
