Asparagus Chicken Roulade. I'd use a flavored creamed cheese (Boursin) instead of goat cheese and maybe a Dijon butter sauce to serve over it. Easy weeknight meal. See Dijonaise sauce under basics.
Chicken Roll Ups 2-3 boiled chicken breasts, 1 tube of crescent rolls, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheddar cheese. Roll chicken and chees in crescent roll, place in a 9x13 baking dish, mix 1/2 cup water with soup and pour over roll ups. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
Chicken Egg Rolls: Good with Sweet & Sour Sauce. Changes: Cooked chicken and then chopped finely instead of using ground. Used regular mushrooms and cole slaw mix. I might try soy or teriyaki sauce instead of the Hoisin next time.
