When you need a quick fix for tired eyes, forget the creams and Botox. An easy alternative to greasy eye creams or expensive out-patient services is a beauty item you may already have in your make-up bag. Draw a thick coat of white eyeliner on your lower inner rim of the eyelid can be an amazingly dramatic look. Apply it before any other makeup. Blink lots to get used to the feeling. Then apply your normal eye makeup. Keeps your look fresh and your eyes will look hypnotic.

White liner in the waterline really makes eyes POP. I love using it

Chanel Eye Quad in Eclosion: use a dampened brush to run the copper shade along the top + bottom lash lines, the rose gold shade on the lid and the gold shade from the crease (and if you want extra drama, all the way up to the brow bone).
