Pork Ramen Soup: cook pork chops in deep pan/dutch oven, remove & add scallion whites + ginger, deglaze with 6c stock, bring to boil, add 2 packets ramen noodles (no seasoning), add 1T soy sauce, top with shredded carrot, cilantro, and scallion greens. [Would be good with mushrooms too!]
