Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.

These are so hard! FEEL THE BURN! Plank Workout - Do each of the 6 moves for 20 seconds. Repeat entire 2-minute circuit 3 times, taking a 30-second break in between each round -- I like to add some chaturangas! Nice burn!
