Excuses only hold you back...stop making excuses and do what is difficult because in the end...you'll find it is well worth it.

So many times I tell myself "this is the time" and yet, I fail just a couple weeks into exercising. I know it's a mindset and the determination to keep going. And that's my goal: to keep my mind focused! I don't want to necessarily focus on the exercises themselves, but developing my mind as to why I am exercising and changing my eating habits. That is where I will win and maintain my results!
