Flower Twinkle Lights... This is a much better use for those funky cupcake liners than using them just to throw them out after the cupcake's gone! It also justifies how expensive they are for something that's meant to be thrown out!

Cupcake liner Christmas Trees. This is so cute. Use a piece of cardstock and tape it into a cone shape. Trim the bottom so that it will stand up flat. Cut the centers out of cupcake liners and glue the ruffles on till everything is covered. Use a piece of the center to cover the tip and glue on the last ruffle.
