Blueberry Cupcakes: ½ cup butter, room temperature, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 ¾ cup pastry flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, ¼ tsp. salt, ¾ cup milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, ½ cup blueberry puree (2 cups  fresh/ thawed BBs,¼ cup sugar,  1 Tbsp. cornstarch).  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line 12-18 cupcake pans with paper liners (or 24+ minis).
