A bottle of Franks Hot Sauce, Frozen or fresh chicken breast and a pack of ranch dip. Put in the crock pot for 6 to 7 hours and then pull it apart and place back in the sauce. Serve on hot rolls with pepperjack cheese. Amazing.

Lia Maries baked garlic chicken. Uses a certain type garlic spread but says can just use butter with added garlic powder. Sounds yummy and nice and crunchy with some panko. CUse butter and garlic. Sea salt instead of seasoned plain bread crumbs with a little basil or rosemary and thyme or spices I know are safe.
