Eating clean meal plan. Melissa's plan is great. The food is mostly clean, but budget friendly. I agree that if you are eating healthy at least 80% of the time, you will benefit from that effort. (It is better than most people!)
For those who want to start "Eating Clean" with your children and don't know where to start, this lady put together a two-week plan to get you started complete with recipes and shopping list at NORMAL stores (budget-friendly, NOT Whole Foods or other rip-off stores)
Quick and Easy Balsamic Salmon - I didn't have honey, so I skipped that and this still came out great! My salmon fillets were still a little frozen so I put them in the oven after browning them on the stove and drizzled the sauce mixture over. Still came out great!
Gracious Pantry Clean Taquitos - According to the comments, they freeze well. Bake about half done. Cool then freeze on the sheet, then place in freezer bags. Reheat at 400 for 15-20 minutes from the frozen state. Great for a quick meal on busy nights.
