Concussions 101, a great tutorial by a Canadian Dr. It's focus is on returning to sport but the animated talk is interesting for the basic concepts. Note the movement may be hard to watch if you have a concussion or tbi. Worth a listen might be good to explain the key points to family or friends.

Have you ever coloured in a Mandala drawing? Did you know that they can be used as a form of art therapy for children with ADHD? If you Google "Mandala Template", you will be given a variety of mandalas that you are able to choose from and print out and color. Like the caption states, mandala colorings are used to help kids feel focused. It requires a lot of focus and determination. Enjoy!
