Flourless Orange Cake: I've made this totally scrumptious cake a number of times now. One adaptation: I separate the eggs, beat the whites to stiff peaks and fold them into the batter at the end. Makes a better texture, I think. I also frost it with a chocolate ganache. Yummy!!
