This is the BEST banana bread I have ever eaten in my entire life. And it just so happens to be fat-free!
Low-Calorie Creamy Balsamic Salad Dressing Ingredients 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 1/2 tablespoon honey 3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt (may substitute regular nonfat yogurt but finished product will be a little different) 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil. Directions Mix well. Store in refrigerator.
Butterless bread pudding Ingredients: 8 slices of white bread (crust removed) 2 cups of skim milk 1 egg 3 more egg whites 200 g sultanas or raisins 4 Tbsp of your favorite sugar substitute (I use Splenda). This is what you do: First, you should preheat your oven to 200 C (394 F) Next, cut the crustless bread into small fingers. Spray a medium-sized baking tray with canola oil, and lay the bread fingers over the base. Sprinkle half of the sultanas over that layer.
