Venison Chops. Tried this tonight, and it was delicious! 4 Venison chops or steaks, 3/4 inches thick. 1/3 C Worchestershire sauce 1 1/2 C flour 1 Tbsp seasoned salt 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp onion powder 1 Tbsp black pepper 1/2 C olive or vegetable oil. Place chops in baking dish. Pour worchestershire sauce over meat, and marinate in fridge for 2-3 hrs. Mix dry ingredients in plastic baggie. Coat chops in flour mixture and fry 2-3 min. per side until brown. Not a big fan of deer, but YUM!
