Hate when people tell me I don't need to lose weight or diet. I'm not trying to lose weight. I LIKE HEALTHY FOODS! "It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle" :)

I need to learn this.  If I had three wishes, I would wish to be able to eat veggies & enjoy it, not hurl up everything I've eaten in the last day.

You cant out-exercise a bad diet. Dont get caught in the bad food diet - dont exercise so you can eat. Lose up to in only Days*

But they work. Burpees light, burpees with a clap push up, burpees clap push up and then jump up to a chin up sets of 15 of these and I'm Hating life but love the results. What ever kind just dare to take on the burpee.

If 12 weeks helps you get started then great - I always found any slip ups made me give up because I never thought I could reach a goal in that time - so just get started, keep going | Be consistent, don't stop.

1. Drink one glass of water every hour. It will make you feel full. 2. Drink ice cold water. Your body will burn calories just getting the water to a normal temperature to digest. Also it is great for your complexion. 3. Drink 3 cups of green tea daily. It will help boost your metabolism, plus its anti-oxidants make your skin look great. 4. Take vitamins daily. 5. Eat spicy foods. They raise your metabolism. 6. Take cold showers because your body will burn calories to heat you back up.

What are the benefits of drinking water? Can you really lose weight by drinking water? Yes, you can lose belly fat and lose weight by drinking water.
