Cinnamon Cashew Butter Ingredients 2 cups Cashews 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon Salt (optional) Preparation Into a food processor, add the two cups of cashews and pulse until grainy. Scrape sides down and process for 2 minutes. Next, add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and salt (optional). Process for about 10 minutes (or until smooth) and make sure to stop occasionally and scrape down sides. Enjoy!
