Here is a great idea from Canvas Press. Many parents save stacks of their children's school art projects. If it is difficult to choose a few pieces to display, show all of them! Simply scan the art and have your framer cut a multi-opening mat to accommodate them. Then add an appropriate custom frame.

This girl had the BEST IDEA!!! She said, "My son is in preschool and the adorable art work is pouring in. I know he isn't going to want all these old papers when he is older so I am taking a picture of everything, keeping my very favorites to display at holidays or in a scrapbook and everything else just has to go. Recipe for Organization Have a pile of cookbooks gathering dust? Scan and print the one or two recipes you use the most often, then donate the book. Same goes for recipes in magazines. Tear out the relevant pages, then recycle the rest. Put the pages into clear plastic pockets in a three-ring binder. You've just made yourself a customized cookbook with plenty of room to grow.
