Today was cardio day! I was so excited to put on my new women's muscle tee from Old Navy! I did PiYo buns instead of trying to put shoes on and displease my feet by doing the beast cardio workout. I also did the 21 day fix 10 minute ab video! Woo it's amazing how Autumn Calabrese makes you feel the burn in only 10 minutes! I love that this ab workout works!
