"Pina Colada" smoothie 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks 1 1/3 cup coconut milk (or more depending on how creamy you like it)

Baked Carrot Fries- Ingredients: 3-4 large carrots 2 tbs coconut oil Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Simply cut the carrots into fry-like pieces, so they’re thin.
