Starting this again tomorrow.. I've been slacking off working out lately, but with almost exactly 12 weeks till the wedding time to kick it back in gear..

I did my first backbend at 30 because I felt like I needed to prove something. Now I'm 35 and am running my first 5k. Hopefully at 40 the sky will be the limit.
