chicken cordon bleu. I tried this tonight. Yum! I did it poor man style though with cheap lunch meat ham and Panko bread crumbs and made mini ones so I got twelve small ones instead of six large. Froze a bunch so I can just pop in the oven for dinner when I am lazy.
One pan Chicken Alfredo - nom! So, I left out the garlic (cuz that's how I do) Added 1 pkg fresh mushrooms (baby bella) after thoroughly cooking the chicken, before putting in the liquids. Added in a pint of cherry tomatoes about 2 min before removing from heat. Then added a bag of fresh spinach moments before removing from heat - stir it in a handful at a time. It wilts but it's SO DELISH.) Then add in the cheese as instructed. Epic. And aside from all the heavy cream, healthy!
1 lb chicken breasts 1 packet Italian dressing mix 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup chicken stock egg noodles or rice Place chicken breasts, Italian dressing mix, butter, lemon juice & chicken broth in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished cooking, shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve chicken over egg noodles or rice and top with juices from crockpot.
Chicken & Broccoli packet--- I made a variation of this and it was SOOOOO good. Chicken, ranch dressing powder mixed with sour cream spread on top brocc and carrots surronding it and some shredded cheese on top. In oven at 350 45 min- SOOOOO YUMMY!
