At FedEx, ask for an "engineer's print" of your picture (bring on a jump drive) = $2.50. Use spray adhesive to glue to black, thick/foam poster board = 6-12 dollars depending on the size. You can ask for a print up to 3x4 feet. This one is about 1.5x2.5 ft. Hot glue twine on the back and hang from a curtain rod.
