This was originally a recipe I found on Pinterest via BHG. I was looking for an easy meal to throw in the crock pot, that would cook quickly in a hotel room while we relaxed by the pool! With a little improvising (since I’m all about simple and don’t have a lot of fancy ingredients on hand) this was the PERFECT recipe for anyone looking to do a night away
Chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic. Grilled, topped with mozzerella, basil leaves, tomato (or roasted red pepper). Drizzel with balsamic glaze - Like a caprese salad made better :)
Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs: in a bowl mix together olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper, and sugar. Now place the chicken in a bowl and coat with marinade and cover for 30 minutes. Now thread chicken into skewers and discard marinade and grill it till the chicken is no longer pink.
