OMG! So much easier than making my own crust! You can make little tarts using your favorite sugar cookie dough, and cutting it with a 3"cookie cutter....Just press into a muffin tin and poke holes in it with a fork. Bake 350 for 10 minutes....Once they are baked you can add fillers
pumpkin crunch cake - I have made this a million times and it's always a hit! I do add the regular pumpkin pie spices, however, for the best taste! (Cloves, ginger and cinnamon....) I also use walnuts instead of pecans. Don't forget the Cool Whip topping!
