"Using Writer's Eyes" Posters to go along with the bulletin board...give students 3D-glasses to use during the editing process. Save the 3D-glasses from the movie theater to make a classroom set! Oh how I love this idea!!!

This gave me an idea for one of my favorite quotes: Take a picture of hands in family and hang under the quote: "Un homme est qu'il a fait, par ses mains voyons sa coeur." ( A man is what he has done, by his hands we see his heart.) -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Love this! Seems a bit young, but I think it is good for some upper grades. Even has student copy in google doc.

Journal Ideas. Id like to do this w the kids. It would be great to see their responses. Maybe even frame.

What a fun writing prompt! "This morning I turned on the faucet to brush my teeth and you'll never guess what I saw..."

Perfect to teach the writing process and apply it to writing assignments. keeps everything organized

This pack has everything you need for an organized, effective, and motivating Work on Writing center/choice time for your students! Perfect for the daily five! I also like how she has used folders on the bulletin board- one side explains the center, the other side has the materials you need to complete that center. Clever!

I would hang this on the white board and while we were learning capitals. During guided practice, I would have the students write their own sentences using each of the different methods (first word in a sentence, pronoun, etc.)
