    Chili Rellenos Pie - line a pie dish with puff pastry and fill with 4 roasted lg green chillies with skins removed, 4-6 eggs, green onions, coriander, sliced red onion, cheese. Sprinkle with cumin and ground chilies, cover with a few strips of puff pastry and bake until puffed.
