Greek yogurt pumpkin cake. Too much batter for an so I used a 16 servings = generous slices! I topped this with cream cheese frosting package light cream cheese, stick butter, powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla). That part's not nonfat, but it's delicious.
Pumpkin Pie Crumb Bars....These were so yummy and everyone loved them that tried them! I served mine with bourbon-spiked whipped cream with pumpkin pie spice...I like them better warm or room temperature, as opposed to chilled (like the recipe suggests)
